El Bolillo Bakery Turns 27!

On September 1, 1998, El Bolillo Bakery first opened its doors in the Houston Heights as a small Mexican Panadería. Twenty-seven years later, we’re still baking with the same love, quality, and dedication—thanks to you! What began as a neighborhood bakery has grown into five beloved locations across Houston and Pasadena, each one rooted in community, and the sweet daily ritual of making pan dulce with traditional recipes and techniques for all those who wish to share it with their loved ones.
